Results are estimates
The Pizza Party Calculator gives you a helpful starting point, not an exact answer. It uses average numbers for slices per person and slices per pizza. Your real needs can be different because:
- Pizza shops cut pizzas in different ways. Most US chains cut a large pizza into 8 slices, and some use a 12 slice party cut. Pick the option that matches your shop.
- Pizza sizes are not the same everywhere. A "large" at one shop can be bigger or smaller than at another.
- Guests eat different amounts, and other food at the party changes how much pizza people eat.
Please use your own judgment and check with your pizza shop before placing a large order.
